PREAMBLE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) are entered into between:
On the one hand:
MISS JUNE PARIS - BROD'STYL INTERNATIONAL SAS, registered under SIRET 42125872400028, having its registered office at 41, rue du Caire, 75002 Paris, France, hereinafter referred to as "MISS JUNE PARIS",
On the other hand:
Any natural person wishing to make purchases for personal purposes via the websites www.miss-june.com or www.miss-june.us shall hereinafter be referred to as the "User" or "Client".
The User acknowledges having read these GTC prior to placing any order for products or services. Any order implies full and complete acceptance of the GTC. These shall prevail over any other version or conflicting documents.
ARTICLE 1 – SCOPE
These GTC govern the contractual relationship between MISS JUNE PARIS and the User as well as the conditions applicable to any purchase made on the MISS JUNE PARIS online store at www.miss-june.com or www.miss-june.us (hereinafter the "Site").
The User undertakes to use the Site strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any resale is prohibited within the meaning of Article L 110-1 of the French Commercial Code.
Access to the Site is reserved for persons aged at least 18 years who have legal capacity or parental authorization.
MISS JUNE PARIS reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time. The applicable GTC are those in force on the date of the order.
ARTICLE 2 – PRODUCTS
The main characteristics of the products are detailed on the product pages available on the Site.
The User is informed that the photographs, images and colors of the products presented may slightly differ from the actual shades due to the settings of the screen or browser used.
Products are offered subject to availability.
ARTICLE 3 – PRICES
Product prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (VAT). They do not include handling, packaging and delivery fees, which are specified before order confirmation.
In the event of changes to taxes, including VAT, such changes may be reflected in product prices.
MISS JUNE PARIS reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, the prices applied shall be those in force on the date the order is validated.
The data recorded by the Site serves as proof of transactions, as do those recorded by the payment system for financial transactions.
ARTICLE 4 – ORDER
4.1 Ordering process
The User may place an order in two ways:
- Online, by accessing the Site catalogue.
- By phone, using the references available in paper or online catalogues.
Registration on the Site is required to finalize an order. During registration, the User may choose to order as a guest or by creating an account. Login credentials are strictly personal and, in case of loss or forgetfulness, the User must contact Customer Service for assistance.
Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products.
4.2 Product availability
MISS JUNE PARIS undertakes to honor orders within the limits of available stock. In the event of unavailability, a solution (replacement, cancellation or refund) will be proposed.
In certain cases, notably non-payment, incorrect address or other issue with the User’s account, MISS JUNE PARIS reserves the right to block the User’s order until the issue is resolved.
ARTICLE 5 – PAYMENT
5.1 Accepted payment methods
Secure payment via SYSTEM PAY BANQUE POPULAIRE
Bank cards: CB, Mastercard, American Express.
We use the Banque Populaire SYSTEM PAY solution to ensure the security of your payments. All transactions carried out through this solution are processed in a secure environment using SSL technology and benefit from the 3D Secure system. At no time are your banking details stored on our site, ensuring we never have access to or knowledge of them.
Payment via PayPal
PayPal: PayPal is a reliable and secure method for online purchases. You may use PayPal as a trusted third party to pay by bank card without needing a PayPal account. If you have a PayPal account, you can pay using your PayPal balance. By choosing PayPal, you will be automatically redirected to their platform to complete payment. Once your PayPal transaction is confirmed, you will be redirected back to miss-june.com to finalize your order.
Payment with Alma
Alma: Alma allows you to pay in several instalments simply and securely, available throughout the European Union. You can split your payment into 2, 3 or 4 instalments, offering a more flexible budget management. This solution is designed to provide comfort and peace of mind during your transactions.
Payment via Stripe
Stripe: Stripe is a secure solution that enables us to offer a variety of modern and reliable payment options. Thanks to Stripe, you can use innovative payment methods such as Apple Pay and Google Pay (GPay) for a smooth and fast shopping experience. This service ensures secure processing of your transactions while offering the flexibility and convenience needed to shop with confidence.
5.2 Failed payment or suspected fraud
If a payment fails, the order will be automatically canceled and the items will be restocked. MISS JUNE PARIS reserves the right to suspend any transaction in the event of suspected fraud or unauthorized payment. Any fraudulent use of a means of payment may be reported to the competent authorities. Furthermore, MISS JUNE PARIS reserves the right to restrict or block access to the concerned User account for the time necessary to resolve the issue. This procedure aims to ensure the security of your transactions and maintain mutual trust.
ARTICLE 6 – DELIVERY
6.1 Carriers
Delivery of your orders is generally provided by Colissimo – La Poste. However, we reserve the right to change carriers without prior notice. Shipping costs will be communicated at checkout and apply only to the products ordered. These costs correspond to the rates usually charged by the carrier. To ensure moderate delivery costs, MISS JUNE PARIS covers part of these fees. 6.3 Exceptional periods
During exceptional periods such as strikes, natural disasters, health crises or other unforeseen events, delivery times may be extended independently of the will of MISS JUNE PARIS. These circumstances may also lead to restrictions on certain delivery methods or cause unforeseen delays.
6.4 Customs fees
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties or other local taxes (VAT, import duties, etc.) may be required by the local authorities of the destination country. These fees are the exclusive responsibility of the User. MISS JUNE PARIS is not obliged to inform the User of the fees or taxes applicable in their country. We recommend that the User inquire with the competent authorities before finalizing their order.
6.5 Specific conditions – Brazil, Chile, Uruguay and Argentina
For deliveries to Brazil, Chile, Uruguay and Argentina, prices displayed on the Site are exclusive of taxes.
Customs duties, import taxes, clearance and handling fees applied by local authorities remain the sole responsibility of the Client. Their amount depends on the legislation in force in the destination country and cannot be determined by MISS JUNE PARIS at the time of the order.
The Client is invited to check with local customs authorities regarding applicable import conditions before validating the order.
Non-receipt of the parcel
In the event of non-receipt of the order due to a customs hold, a refusal by the Client to pay local taxes, or failure to collect the parcel within the allotted time, the parcel may be returned to MISS JUNE PARIS.
In such case, MISS JUNE PARIS will refund the product(s), less:
- outbound shipping costs, and
- where applicable, return costs charged by the carrier.
No refund of any customs duties or local taxes possibly paid by the Client can be made.
Delivery integrity guarantee
In the event of loss or non-delivery of the parcel exclusively attributable to the carrier, and after written confirmation from the latter, MISS JUNE PARIS will either reship the product (subject to availability) or issue a full refund of the order (excluding local taxes already applied).
Specifics – Brazil
For deliveries to Brazil, the Client must provide a Brazilian tax identification number (CPF for individuals / CNPJ for companies) when placing the order. This number is essential for customs formalities and delivery within Brazil.
In case of absence or error in this information resulting in the impossibility of delivery, the parcel may be returned to MISS JUNE PARIS. In such case, the refund will be made less:
- outbound shipping costs, and
- the return costs incurred.
Data protection
The tax number required for deliveries to Brazil is used exclusively for customs formalities and the transportation of goods. It is processed in accordance with Brazilian regulations and the GDPR.
ARTICLE 7 – RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
7.1 Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the User has a period of 15 days (or 30 days for Australia) from receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal.

7.2 Return conditions
For the return to be accepted:
- Items must be returned in new condition, complete, with original tags and accessories.
- Products must not have been worn, washed, or damaged.
Any product not meeting these conditions will be refused.
Return costs for orders placed during promotional periods are entirely borne by the client.
The User must:
Include the completed return form, including: RETURNS SERVICE
- Order number (9 letters),
- First and last name,
- Reason for return.
Send items in their original packaging (or in suitable packaging ensuring product protection).
7.3 Refund terms
The refund will be made within 5 to 10 business days after receipt and validation of the return in our warehouses.
The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the order.
MISS JUNE PARIS will notify the User by email as soon as the return is received and accepted.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the client, unless otherwise stated (e.g., free returns for orders over €150 in France or €200 in the European Union, excluding promotional periods).
ARTICLE 8 – WARRANTIES
All items are subject to the legal warranty of conformity (Article L211-1 of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code), allowing the return of defective items delivered. Except in the case of a legal guarantee, any transaction between MISS JUNE PARIS and Users not contested within 3 months cannot give rise to a claim.
Certain items may benefit from contractual warranties exceeding the legal warranty. For example, some textile items with a specific mention.
Article L211-4 Consumer Code: The seller is required to deliver goods in conformity with the contract and is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery. They are also liable for any lack of conformity resulting from the packaging, assembly instructions or installation when these were made their responsibility by the contract or were carried out under their responsibility.
Article L211-5 Consumer Code: To be in conformity with the contract, the goods must:
1° Be suitable for the customary purpose of similar goods and, where applicable: – correspond to the description given by the seller and possess the qualities presented to the buyer in the form of a sample or model; – present the qualities that a buyer may legitimately expect having regard to public statements made by the seller, the producer or their representative, particularly in advertising or labeling;
2° Or present the characteristics defined by mutual agreement of the parties or be suitable for any special use sought by the buyer, brought to the seller’s knowledge and accepted by them.
Article L211-12 Consumer Code: Action resulting from lack of conformity lapses two years after delivery of the goods.
Article 1641 Civil Code: The seller is bound by the warranty for hidden defects in the item sold which render it unfit for the use for which it is intended, or which so diminish that use that the buyer would not have acquired it, or would only have paid a lower price, had they known.
Article 1648 paragraph 1 Civil Code: The action resulting from redhibitory defects must be brought by the purchaser within two years from the discovery of the defect.
ARTICLE 9 – DATA PROTECTION
MISS JUNE PARIS reserves the right to collect data on the User, specifically through the use of cookies. Data collection by MISS JUNE, as data controller, is necessary to process the User’s requests.
By providing their email to MISS JUNE, the User may receive an order confirmation. Depending on the choice made when creating or consulting their account, the User may receive offers from MISS JUNE PARIS as well as from commercial partners, by email, phone or SMS as indicated during account creation.
It is our responsibility to ensure that the personal data we hold is accurate.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the User has the right to access, modify, rectify and delete their personal data.
ARTICLE 10 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the MISS JUNE PARIS website, whether visual or audio, including the underlying technology and content, are protected by copyright, trademark or patent law.
Accordingly, none of the documents from the MISS JUNE PARIS website may be copied, reproduced, published, downloaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way whatsoever, except under the following conditions: it is possible to download one copy of the documents onto a computer for personal use only and for non-commercial purposes, provided that you do not modify the information and keep intact all copyrights and other proprietary notices. Modifying these documents or using them for any other purpose constitutes an infringement of MISS JUNE’s intellectual property rights.
A User who has a personal website and wishes to place, for personal use, on their site a simple link directing directly to the homepage of the MISS JUNE website must request prior authorization from MISS JUNE. This shall in no case be considered an implied affiliation agreement.
Conversely, any hyperlink to the MISS JUNE PARIS website using the framing or in-line linking technique is strictly prohibited. In all cases, any link must be removed upon simple request from BROD'STYL INTERNATIONAL SAS | MISS JUNE PARIS. The trademarks, logos, designs and models appearing on this site are the exclusive property of MISS JUNE Paris. Their disclosure shall not be interpreted as granting any license or right to use said trademarks and distinctive elements protected by copyright. Any unauthorized use may constitute infringement.
ARTICLE 11 – COMMERCIAL OFFERS
MISS JUNE may send Users commercial offers by mail, email, SMS, telephone or via all web spaces managed by MISS JUNE PARIS or any of its subsidiaries on social networks, subject to prior consent.
ARTICLE 12 – APPLICABLE LAW
12.1 Term
These conditions apply for the entire period during which the services offered by MISS JUNE are available online.
Proof, retention and archiving of transactions
Computerized records kept in the IT systems of MISS JUNE PARIS and its partners under reasonable security conditions shall be considered proof of communications, orders and payments between the parties.
Archiving of order forms and invoices is carried out on a reliable and durable medium so as to constitute a faithful and durable copy in accordance with Article 1348 of the French Civil Code.
12.2 Governing law and consequences
These conditions are governed by French law. The competent court in the event of a dispute shall be that of the defendant’s domicile or, at the plaintiff’s choice, the place of actual delivery of the product.
This site complies with French legislation, and under no circumstances does MISS JUNE PARIS guarantee compliance with local legislation that may be applicable to you when accessing the site from other countries.
